Returns & Refunds policy

**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items, sale items or gift cards.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days after receiving your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, you can contact us, stating your order number, at help@tonipowelldesigns.co.uk 
Instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you after accepting your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item and we recommend that you use recorded delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. So that we may evaluate the issue and make it right, please attach up to 3 photographs to your email with your order number and send it to help@tonipowelldesigns.co.uk.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All handmade products are subject to availability and made to order so may take longer to be dispatched.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business day of us receiving your item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us with your name and order number at help@tonipowelldesigns.co.uk. Cancellations can only be accepted before it has been personalised and packaged.
